Compact and manoeuvrable the Reliant 350 Stand Assist provides easy, safe and comfortable assisted transfers for patients with rehabilitation needs. It features a maximum patient weight of 158Kg (25 stone) allowing a wide range of clients to be transferred from a bed or chair with complete safety.
This product also comes with the Invacare 3 year warranty on the frame and 1 year on electrical components.
Adaptability and Ease of Use
The Invacare Reliant 350 provides additional assistance for standing or seating transfers, featuring an electronically operated boom with three attachment points resulting in a range of height settings. A simple lever adjustment allows the base legs to be adjusted for close access around obstacles and allowing closer access to chairs and wheelchairs. In addition to this the stand assist featuring a non slip footplate and a height adjustable padded knee guard for greater compatibility and security whilst transferring.
Safety and Reliability
The stand assist features a safety mechanism to prevent the sling from disengaging. Added safety features include an emergency stop button, an emergency mechanical descent system (this stops the boom moving if it detects any resistance). The battery will power 40 lifts in between charges and has a recharge indicator that is both visible and audible. Each lifter is delivered with two batteries (one spare to eliminate down time) and an independant charger.

The Stand Assist sling offers both a comfortable and safe transfer environment for patients who still have some weight bearing ability but cannot stand completely independently. In addition the patient/client needs to be coherent, have good body and head control and the ability to grip the left boom during the transfer. This sling is well padded and comes with non slip material on the back to ensure a comfortable transfer position.
