We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to return any items, we will refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. This Policy does not affect your legal rights. Please read further details below.

Return Policy & Process

To return a product purchased via payvand.co.uk please use one of the two options below.

Option 1 Return to our factory.

Most* products that have been purchased via payvand.co.uk can be exchanged or refunded at our factory. To action an exchange or refund, please bring your Despatch Note and Order Acknowledgement email along with your goods. Please also bring the Payment Card with which you paid for your goods to ensure a swift refund.

Option 2 Courier Collection Service

To arrange a courier collection simply call Customer Services on the number below. Please ensure that goods are repackaged, the returns note completed and enclosed with the goods and the courier returns label is attached to the parcel. Please note larger items need to be returned via carrier, please call Customer Services (01633 869177)to arrange a collection.

You must let us know within working seven working days, starting from the day after the goods were received that you wish to make a return. Please call the customer services 01633 869177 and advise us that you wish to return the product and the reason for the return. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our carrier (usually within five to seven days).

If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where a repair is not economically viable no refund will be made.

If goods are faulty (following confirmation by the manufacturer) or misdescribed, you may return them free of charge. If you decide to return the goods to us for any other reason we do make a charge of up to £50 for collection.

Made to Order Items

You must let us know within seven working days, starting from the day after the goods were received that you wish to make a return. Until the collection has taken place you will be required to keep the item in the same condition in which it was delivered. Please put the goods back in to their original packaging.

Once a delivery has been made and the seven-day approval has expired, refunds and exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights.
