We can deliver your order to any UK address, to your home, your workplace or another location .We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or overseas addresses, including the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland and other areas outside our courier delivery service will take up to 14 days and will be made by a national carrier. We will only deliver to the same address as the billing address.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per delivery address. For Large orders (Bed & Hoists) additional charges may apply and will be included in your checkout.
Orders over £100 will qualify for free delivery to mainland UK. Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland and other areas outside our courier delivery service
We will contact you to notify that your made to order goods are available and to confirm a date for delivery to the address specified. An additional fee of £15.00 per week to cover storage costs starting from 14 days after first notification that your goods were available until delivery is made as You are required to take delivery within 14 days of this notification on one of the dates which will be offered by the carrier; otherwise you will be charged . This payment will be due before delivery.
You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered and must highlight any issues upon receipt with the carrier. The agent will direct all queries at this stage to us or the supplier who will agree a means of resolving the issues that are presented at this time.
We advise not to dispose of your existing items until your order arrives.
